THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The CSCC is registered as an NPO in terms of registration number : 2012/0077 and is made up of construction industry voluntary associations representing major established and emerging contractors and firms through-out the construction value chain. The construction sector value-chain can be described as:

  • Planning & Design, characterized by: (Built Environmental Professions) e.g., Architects, Town & Urban Planners, Consulting & Structural Engineers, Project Managers & quantity Surveyors.
  • Construction & General Build, characterized by : (Civils & Contractors) e.g., contractor firms.
  • Manufactures and supply, characterized by: Cement, Sand, Steel production and bricks manufacturers.

THE COMPOSITION COUNCIL

The CSCC is chaired by Felix Fongoqa, a practicing consulting engineer, is made up of mandated representatives of the 17 voluntary associations that have signed the founding constitution
